Date of birth is required when creating account in success page for Magento 2.1
Does anyone have a workaround for this issue:

It's a bug in Magento 2.1, it has been fixed in latest version of Magento. However, upgrading is not yet our option. I'm looking for a work around to fix the Issue.
I'm using Mageplaze OSC to show date of birth in checkout but for some reason it's not saving in shipping and billing address which cause an error during creating an account in success page since the attribute is required.
