How to remove "choose an option" in configurable products drop down and in drop down menu have the first attribute value be the top choice please if any one idea reply me

You can rewrite configurable.phtml file copy from /vendor/magento/module-configurable-product/view/frontend/templates/product/view/type/options/configurable.phtml and copy in your theme and then comment the "choose an option" from that file.

Go to this file in your theme : /app/design/frontend/[YOUR CUSTOM THEME]/Magento_ConfigurableProduct/templates/product/view/type/options/configurable.phtml

    <select name="super_attribute[<?= /* @escapeNotVerified */ $_attribute->getAttributeId() ?>]"

            data-selector="super_attribute[<?= /* @escapeNotVerified */ $_attribute->getAttributeId() ?>]"

            data-validate="{required:true}"

            id="attribute<?= /* @escapeNotVerified */ $_attribute->getAttributeId() ?>"

            class="super-attribute-select">

            <!-- Remove Choose an option -->

            <option value=""><?= /* @escapeNotVerified */ __('') ?></option>

    </select>

</div>

i have already clear cache but its comes on "/vendor/magento/module-configurable-product/Block/Product/View/Type/configurable.php" option inside label comes inside this function getJsonConfig if i comment there 'chooseText' => __('Choose an Option...'), than its working so i ask you how to override configurable.php i try but not override it
