Delete orphans in cataloginventory_stock_item

0

When I try to migrate delta, I get this error:

user:~/www$ bin/magento migrate:delta vendor/magento/data-migration-tool/etc/opensource-to-opensource/1.9.3.4/config.xml
...shortened...
[2019-01-17 12:03:51][WARNING]: Mismatch of entities in the document: m2_inventory_source_item Source: 2889 Destination: 2861
[2019-01-17 12:03:51][WARNING]: Volume Check failed

It reads source table has 2889 rows, destination table has 2861 rows, a difference of 28 rows.

In M1 database I ran this query:

select * from cataloginventory_stock_item where product_id not in (select entity_id from catalog_product_entity)

Result: 28 rows. Is it safe to delete these rows?

Related: Possible orphans in cataloginventory_stock_item?
