Override email footer from custom theme is not working for Magento 2
I'm using magento 2.2.5, My custom theme parent is Magento/luma, i tried to override the email header by putting the header.html in my theme directory app/design/frontend/Test/mine/Magento_Email/email/ , the header is overridden successfully, but when i add the footer.html in the same folder and run the php bin/magento setup:upgrade & php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f the footer is not overridden
