Display stock level for Configurable Products
I hope somebody on this forum would be gracious enough to assist me or offer some helpful advice. We want to be able to show customers the amount of stock we have for our items, I have adjusted our settings to display 'Only X Left' on our products in the hope that this would have achieved it for us.
This has worked fine for our 'Simple Products', however I have noticed that 'Configurable Products' do not display anything on them.
I have read that it is not native functionality within Magento 2 to do this, which is very unfortunate. Smiley Sad ....see below:
I was wondering if anybody else had encountered this issue and could recommend a solution for me, I have tried looking for extensions but can't seem to find anything that would do this.
NOTE: We are using a child theme of 'Luma' on Magento 2.2.5. Our theme changes mostly relate to CSS changes, very little else has been changed.
Whatever assistance that can be offered would be much appreciated.
