Intercept any exception

So, I've been work in integration between Magento 2 and Microsoft Azure Application Insights to log the errors.
There is the possibility to listen to all the exception that can occur in my application? So, I thought to create a Plugin to intercept this event, but I did not have success about that.
Could you help me?
