Product assigned categories are not visible in administration

My products are assigned to multiple categories. Here's the issue:
- In frontend, I can see products listed in each category viewed.
- In administration category edit page (Catalog > Categories > Products in
Category) can see assigned product listed in each category - In administration product edit page (Catalog > Products > Categories)
there is no category selected. If I assign a new category to product and save it, still there's no category listed in assigned categories.
Also, exporting products to csv file, gives empty value in column categories for all products.
How can I fix that??
