Change My Account side bar links to a dropdown

I have to change the sidebar links to my own dropdown,
How would I achieve that,
I have to remove the sidebar from mobile view and add dropdown of those same data of sidebar.
How to achieve that, completely remove the side bar from mobile and add a dropdown for that.
There is a delimiter.phtml file which provides, the <li> tag format.
